Local Kiln Drying
Pinewood Products has 3 low temperature kilns on site. Products we commonly dry include boards for feedstock, decking, cladding and treated structural outdoor timber. The kilns are also an important step in the ISPM15 certification process.
Transport Capabilities
Pinewood Products is proud to own a fleet of trucks including a prime mover with two trailers, 12-tonne and 14-tonne body trucks. These leading transportation abilities ensure efficient turnaround times for your project timelines.
Advanced Machining
Our on-site machining capabilities include high-speed moulders, bandsaws and timber scalloping machines. We work closely with our supply partners to help transform hard to move product lines, benefiting all involved parties.
ISPM accredited
Pinewood Products is accredited to certify timber as ISPM15, the international standard for wood packaging. ISPM15 ensures your pallets or packaging are compliant to the country you are exporting to, avoiding any complications or delays.
Accurate Docking
With an accuracy of +/- 3mm, our docking machines are ideal for producing DTL (docked to length) solutions. Our docking services are ideal for the pipe market, steel market, DTL studs, building materials and more.
Leading Pallet Manufacturer
Our team are experts at delivering the right pallets, that are within your budget. Pallets include sawn and dressed timber pallets, as well as specialty pallets and crates. With a machine capacity of up to 1000 pallet per day where no job is too big or too small.
